Subscription Plans

Which Subscription Plans do you offer?

We offer four different subscription plans.

  • 1 month to month rolling basis
  • 3 months pre-paid
  • 6 months pre-paid
  • 12 months pre-paid

Can I cancel anytime?

Select the 1 month rolling subscription plan to pause or cancel your subscription.

For the pre-paid subscriptions, we allow partial refunds before our time periods.

Terms & Conditions

When will I get my box?

To maintain the element of surprise, all our subscription boxes and the current one-off box will be shipped during the 3rd/4th week of the month. We strive to maintain the element of surprise whilst making sure you receive your box in good time.

I've ordered after cut-off date...what happens next?

Don't worry if you placed your order after shipment date; you'll be at the top of the list for next month's box.

What is the policy for subscription renewal?

You have the option to cancel the renewal of your subscription before your end date. Failure to cancel your membership prior to the subscription renewal date will result in an automatic renewal for another subscription of the same duration.

Shipping

How will my box be shipped?

  • Free UK shipping (Tracked 48 hrs)
  • International shipping cost vary by countries.
  • All customers will be provided with a tracking number with every order made.

Please note once order is shipped we take no responsibility with how long delivery courier takes to deliver your boxes.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes we do.

International shipping fees vary by countries. Refer to checkout.

What are your delivery times?

UK delivery times: -

  • Tracked 48 hrs - 1 to 3 working days (Free)
  • Tracked 24hrs - Next working day

International delivery times:-

  • 5 to 14 working days

Can I track my shipment?

Yes you can, all orders will come with a tracking number for our delivery options, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 & International Shipping

Returns

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return your Wellness Treats box, you can do so within 28 days of purchasing.

All products must be returned sealed and unused.

Simply email us at: info@wellnesstreats.co with your order number and subject "Returns" to start the process.

Once we receive the box, refund will be made.

How do I return my box?

Once we receive your email, we will start the process of sending you a returns slip and where you'll need to send the box back.

Please note, postage payments will be made at your own expense.

Allergies

What if I have allergies?

We always advise customers to do a patch test 48 hours before using any of the products.

Please be aware that some of the wellness products may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Please always check the ingredients on the products packaging received monthly.

Bespoke Boxes

Do you offer Bespoke Boxes?

Certainly, we provide bespoke boxes for various purposes, including corporate needs, gifting, and events.

First Month's Box Half-Price

This discount only applies for the 1 month rolling basis plan. The discount code will apply once discount is added in checkout.

This discount cannot be used with any other discount

Key Worker Discount

We extend discounts to students and NHS staff. Kindly send a photo of your work or student ID to info@wellnesstreats.co, and you'll receive an exclusive 20% discount on all our products and boxes.
